The Synth Lords are a dynamic rock band from the Detroit area that have a diverse sound ranging from melodic rock to heavy progressive jams. Each of the five members of the Synth Lords brinig their own approach and style to music into the band where it blends into great new music like you have rarely heard. From Dave's scorching metal leads to Mikes melodic piano lines, Daryls driving bass lines to Joe's solid rhythms all being surrounded by the huge drum sound of Jeff Ortwine, this band brings it all together in a cohesive sound.
The Synth Lords recorded their first CD Act I during 2001 and mixed and released it in 2002. They are currently working at Oak Hill Studios preparing for recording their second CD.
